TOP Industrie has developed a range of stirrers with magnetic coupling. The motor works without pressure and temperature, and the agitator shaft and turbine can be made of any material available to withstand the reaction medium. They can be hollow in order to enhance the efficiency of the agitation by means of a gaseous effect.Numerous versions of sizes, motor torque, type of stirrer available :
- Operating pressure 400 bar / Option 700bar
- Maximum temperature of the reaction medium 500°C
- Supplied with double water jacket for cooling the bearings above 100°C.
- Torque : 30/ 95 /200 / 500 /1000 Ncm
- Variable rotation speed, 100 / 400 / 800 /1500 rpm
- Length of the stirring shaft according to the height of the autoclave
- Shaft and propeller material: Stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel...
- Anchor type mobile agitator, Rushton (gas effect), inclined blades, helicoidal
- Anti-vortex counter-blades as required
- Atex version on request

Means of heating & cooling
The vast majority of experiments conducted with autoclaves require temperature control, whether it is to provide calories or to control an exothermic reaction.TOP Industrie offers a complete range of heating, cooling and temperature control solutions:
- Shielded mica heating collars (up to 400°C) or articulated ceramic (up to 800°C) with BAJ protection grid and safety thermocouple.
- Heating and cooling climatic chambers
- Single or multi-zone tubular furnaces for catalysis or pyrolysis, temperatures up to 1200 °C
- Induction heating
- Double jacket for heating/cooling by thermostatically controlled fluid.
- Cooling units, boilers, thermostatically controlled baths controlled by our control unit
- Cooling by compressed air and vortex effect (special machining of the tank for optimal efficiency)

Means of piloting and regulation
In addition, TOP Industrie equips its reactors, pilots of all sizes and industrial units with adapted control systems:- Standard box with displays, stirring speed variator, temperature regulation, pressure measurement...
- Touch screen control panel, stirring, temperature, pressure, flow rate, programming sequencer (slopes, stages...), safety management, process valve control, graph display and data acquisition, via USB or Ethernet card.
- Supervision by PC with programming under LabVIEW, pressures, temperatures, flow rates, automated process control and data acquisition.
- Our engineering and design departments for automation and IT design and implement the solution dedicated to your needs, your requirements and in coherence with the existing technical environment.

TOP Industrie can equip your unit with different systems, from the simple set of valves, manual or piloted, to collect a quantity of liquid or gas, to the fully automated device.
